Bupa Home Healthcare is recruiting for exciting Community Nursing Roles in the Telford area We are looking for confident and articulate qualified Nurses to join our bank of Community Nurses, working from patients homes providing a high level of clinical care delivery. We provide a range of IV therapies in the home including TPN and growth hormones and IV Antibiotics. Previous IV / Cannulation experience is preferable Hours available are afternoons and evenings.Responsibilities:•Assess, plan and implement ongoing care to patients. •Communicate with the patient and keep the family well informed•Document all aspects of care delivered•You will liaise with the wider multidisciplinary team•Respect patients dignity•Health PromotionWhy work for us? •Mileage Allowance - we will pay you 40p for every mile you travel during work•We pay for the time you spend on the road as well as the time you spend with patients•Training and Support provided on a local level•Flexibility •The opportunity to broaden your skills and work for a reputable company Requirements:•Registered Nurse with Current NMC Pin•Cannulation and IV experience•Full driving License and access to your own vehicle •Communication Skills•Enthusiasm and ambitious flair
